One of our loyal customers wanted to set up a separate manual finishing department to meet the needs of special orders. To do this, they needed special equipment, including two finishing booths, a drying tunnel and drying trolleys. To ensure security and to separate the area from the rest of the production, barriers and swing doors were needed between the work area and the production area.

As with any other project, we were fully committed to this project, creating 3D models and making sure that the solution met all the requirements set by the client. Once the technical components planned for the project had arrived, we were ready to start the installation.
The client received two wide 3 metre wide finishing booths, which allow them to work efficiently and comfortably. The six finishing pumps installed allow finishing with different materials as required. A drying tunnel and GRINO drying trolleys, produced in-house, ensure fast and efficient drying.
Worker safety is always our top priority, so we installed barriers and swing doors to separate the manual finishing area from the rest of the production area. This allows workers to concentrate on their work and complete bespoke orders without distractions.
