The GEMA OptiSpray AP02 is a new generation of dense-phase powder pump with Smart Inline technology and a straight powder path to ensure uniform layer thickness and repeatable colouring results even over long production cycles. Maintenance is made quick and easy - quick-connect powder hoses and tool-free replaceable wear parts significantly reduce production downtime and maintenance costs. PowerBoost® technology offers the highest powder charging capacity on the market up to 110 kV, while meeting all safety requirements. PCC technology and SuperCorona improve colouring quality - improved penetration of the powder into the deeper areas, reduced orange-peel effect, back-ionisation and “picture frame” effect even with difficult-to-colour powders.
