OUK seeria vedelikuseparaator - Elister

OUK series liquid separator

The OUK series fluid separator is a Gram Clean Air multi-stage fine filter designed for efficient separation of cooling oil, cutting emulsion mist and oil fumes in a production environment. The unit can be installed directly on the processing machines or in the aspiration system, ensuring clean working conditions and compliance with industrial hygiene requirements.

The separation process is carried out in three steps: first, the air flow velocity is reduced, followed by pre-separation in a grease filter and finally fine filtration in a compact F9 filter. This multi-stage solution ensures a very high purification efficiency, even in difficult processing conditions where the air composition is complex.

The OUK is suitable for use alone or in combination with the OUF pre-separator in a two-stage filtration system. The OUF removes large whips from the machine, the OUK finely filters the remaining mist - resulting in a long filter life and minimum maintenance costs.

Main features

  • Separation in three stages: speed reduction, pre-separation in a grease filter and fine filtration in an F9 filter.
  • HEPA filter (H13), activated carbon filter and minihelic differential pressure gauge available as options.
  • Drain tap for liquid discharge at the bottom
  • Easy filter replacement through the front hatch - no dismantling required
  • Reversible feed (right/left) - flexible installation on different machines
  • Top outlet for free use of space
  • The standard canister can be installed on the floor or wall with Gram Flexmountings.
  • Maximum vacuum: 3 000 Pa
  • Maximum outlet air temperature: +25°C
