MagicControl MAX is Gema's flagship in powder coating system control. It combines smart networking, cutting-edge performance and advanced process transparency to ensure the best possible colouring results in every production cycle.

MagicControl MAX vs MagicControl 4.0 (CM40)

The MagicControl MAX (CM50) is the successor to the CM40 and a major improvement. Main differences:

• Fully integrated automation across the line
• GemaConnect® Dashboard integration with real-time production data
• Smart Factory readiness - optimised for Industry 4.0 environment
• Simplified user experience and faster responses

The CM40 will continue to be available for sale and support for existing installations is guaranteed. However, for new projects we recommend the MAX (CM50) solution.
