Manganese steel belt tumbling machines are mostly used for the processing of iron and non-ferrous castings, forgings, weldments and heat treated parts and can be integrated into a fully automatic process by adding loading and unloading equipment.
G-type shotgun launchers are built in such a size that they can accept up to 5,000 kg (2,000 l capacity) of single filling/loading. The special design of the belts causes the treated objects to rotate and roll during the movement, resulting in a high quality cleaning of the entire surface of the treated objects with an abrasive jet. To unload the machine, the belt rotation is switched to counter-rotation mode.

When the shot blasting machine is operating in automatic mode, the processed objects are loaded into the machine by means of a hydraulic loader adapted to the customer's specific component containers. The cleaned parts are dropped onto a vibrator or belt discharge conveyor and transported to the next operation.
