Palmako is known in the timber industry as part of the Lemeks Group, a company that manufactures wooden houses and elements. In the spring of 2019, we received an enquiry from an assembly line for hand tools to build a system of movable workbenches on rails.
After presenting our concept, Palmako representatives liked our proposal and we built our solution for them in two parts in the summer of 2019.
Essentially, what was needed was a mobile workbench for four operators on the assembly line. koos with air supply and aspiration on which all the necessary tools were installed.
Each tool was also connected to the power supply and aspirated.
We made these desks move slightly in two directions - left and right, and back and forth. The desks themselves were designed with an aluminium profile, so that they could be further developed/customized in the future if desired.
The customer took care of the power supply and the aspiration solution was prepared this time by Provent OÜ, who has also offered other aspiration solutions to the customer.
